Work with Caci & Train our people!

At Caci, we train our network of over 400 team members from 56 Caci clinics around New Zealand, all from our bespoke training academy in Auckland. Our Caci trainers are dedicated to training our network of skin experts and Registered Nurses, the Caci-way.

Our Caci trainers have an important role to inspire, educate and engage with our frontline team, to ensure our Caci customers continue to receive great results. We offer advanced learning pathways that include a mix of in person and online education. From induction, onboarding, professional development, and advanced technical skills – we’ve got our team covered!

This type of role does not come up very often, so if you have been looking at options to develop your career further, this could be your opportunity to take on this exciting leadership opportunity and train with the best Caci has to offer!

The Caci Training Academy is based in Auckland, but there will be times where you may need to train remotely, from one of our network of Caci clinics around New Zealand.

The role.

We hire on attitude (and passion!): We’re looking for an experienced injector, ready and willing to coach our network of registered nurses and skin experts in technical skills, treatment protocols, best practice customer care while ensuring the trainee is competent and confident to head back to their clinic and hit the ground running.

Caci are the leaders in cosmetic injectables, and it’s our network of Registered Nurses that play an integral role in our clinics, performing our most advanced skin treatments and cosmetic injectables treatments.

This is a full-time role, but we understand that sometimes the perfect candidate might need a more flexible working arrangement. We are open to a job share (for example, you might want to continue working in a clinic part-time), it will all depend on the culture right fit, skills, and attitude. We are open to discussing opportunities!

You will have:

  • A current Nurses Practicing Certificate
  • 3-5 years’ Injecting experience.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ Nursing experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous educator experience is favoured
  • Great interpersonal, listening and customer service skills
  • A team player attitude, happy to be involved in promotional activities
  • An interest in skincare and beauty
  • Passion about helping customers achieve results and skin confidence

Work Perks!

Along with a competitive base salary, you will have access to treatments and skincare at our special team rates.

We work hard at Caci but we have fun too! Our annual conference and awards, development days and in-clinic team bonding and training are all part of being on #TeamCaci

We value learning and prioritise our people, with weekly team lunches, quarterly celebrations, cake on your birthday and professional development opportunities.

Being a part of our team means investing in a career, not just a job. We love what we do, and we bring like-minded people together to help make our goal of giving everyone skin confidence a reality.
